Delivery

Marked Seasons delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Costs

Standard tracked delivery: £4.99
Free delivery on orders of £50 or more
Throws and bedding always ship free to mainland Great Britain, whatever you spend. If they're in the same order as other items, the £4.99 charge applies only to those other items, and only if the order is under £50.

Delivery times

Our products are sent directly from partner warehouses around the UK, so delivery times depend on the item. Each product page shows its own delivery time and Christmas order-by date.

Most items (including our jewellery, throws, bedding and loungewear): dispatched within 1–2 working days, then usually delivered in 1–3 working days by Royal Mail Tracked or another tracked courier.
Bath, body and some gift items: dispatched in 1–2 working days (3–4 working days in November and December), then delivered in 2–5 working days.
A few small gifts (marked on the product page): please allow 7–10 working days.
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched, where the courier provides them.
If you order more than one item, they may come from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels.

Where we deliver

Most items can be delivered anywhere in the UK. A few items can only be delivered to mainland Great Britain (not Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Scottish islands). This is clearly marked on the product page, and checkout won't offer delivery to Northern Ireland for those items.

Christmas delivery

Last recommended order dates for Christmas: 16 December for most items, 10 December for bath, body and some gift items, and 5 December for items marked 7–10 working days. We'll confirm final dates once carriers publish their Christmas posting dates.
