1. About us

This website is operated by Mark Spurling, trading as Marked Seasons, a sole trader based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@markedseasons.co.uk. Our postal address is Office 2137, 92 Castle Street, Belfast BT1 1HE, Northern Ireland; full contact details are on our Contact information page.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on our website. Please read them, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

3. Orders and your contract with us

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.
  • If we can't accept your order (for example because an item has sold out, or we can't deliver to your address), we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
  • We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom only.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We take care to show the correct price. If we find an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Our products are dispatched from partner warehouses in the UK. Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. The items become your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order and return items within 28 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund policy. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, please contact us and we'll put it right as described in our Refund policy.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our products are for domestic and private use.

9. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather or carrier strikes. If this happens, we'll contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
