Delivery: sent from our UK partner in Sheffield. Dispatch takes 1–2 working days (3–4 in November and December) and Royal Mail delivery 2–5 working days after that. For Christmas, order by 10 December.

Returns: unwanted items can be returned within 28 days, unused and in their original packaging.
